Carlo Farroni, nasce a Napoli il 25 Febbraio del 1958.
Dopo essersi diplomato, nel 1975, presso il Liceo Artistico, si iscrive alla Facoltà di Architettura di Napoli.
Dal 1975 al 1978 collabora con il Prof. arch. Ezio Bruno De Felice per il recupero funzionale del castello aragonese di Ischia e contestualmente partecipa all’appalto concorso per il recupero funzionale del rione Terra di Pozzuoli, vinto dallo stesso Prof. De Felice in collaborazione con il Prof. Arch. Aldo Loris Rossi.
Nel 1982, relatori i Proff. Arch. Ezio Bruno De Felice e Massimo Pica Ciamarra, si laurea in Architettura discutendo una tesi dal titolo "Complesso attrezzato, per esposizione d'arte, a Capodimonte", ottenendo un punteggio di 110/110.
Nel 1982, superato l’esame per l’abilitazione all’esercizio della professione, si iscrive all’ordine degli Architetti della Provincia di Napoli col n° 3205.
Dal 1982 al 1984 collabora con il Prof. Arch. Massimo Pica Ciamarra partecipando, tra l'altro, al concorso internazionale "Parc de la villette" a Parigi, al progetto della biblioteca dell'Università di Salerno, al progetto di recupero del comparto di Piscinola e Marianella nell'ambito del piano di ricostruzione post terremoto a Napoli. Ha, inoltre, partecipato al progetto di restauro e recupero funzionale del castello di Caivano (NA). Dal 1984 al 1986 collabora con il Prof. Arch. Gaetano Borrelli Royo, partecipando ai progetti per la ricostruzione, nel comparto di S. Pietro a Patierno, di una scuola e di due edifici di edilizia residenziale con due piazze annesse. Dal 1986 svolge attività professionale occupandosi di specifici settori di ricerca e studio: la residenza, le attrezzature comunitarie, le microstrutture urbane. Impegnato prevalentemente nella realizzazione di opere pubbliche, ha partecipato a diversi progetti significativi nei diversi settori dell’edilizia sanitaria ed ospedaliera, delle attrezzature scolastiche, delle strutture turistico-alberghiere, impianti sportivi ed al restauro inteso come recupero e riutilizzo. Nel 1993 fonda la Tecton Studio Associati S.r.l. società di ingegneria, di cui è Direttore Tecnico.

From 1975 to 1978 he worked with Prof. Arch. Ezio Bruno De Felice for the functional recovery of the Aragonese Castle of Ischia and at the same time he participated in the competitive tender for the functional recovery of Rione Terra of Pozzuoli, which was won by Prof. De Felice in collaboration with Prof. Arch. Aldo Loris Rossi.
In 1982 he obtained his degree in Architecture with a final grade of 110/110. His thesis was entitled “Complesso attrezzato, per esposizione d’arte, a Capodimonte” - “Equipped complex, for art exhibition, in Capodimonte” (supervisors: Prof. Arch. Ezio Bruno De Felice and Prof. Arch. Massimo Pica Ciamarra).
In 1982 he passed the professional qualifying examination and became a member of the Order of Architects of the Province of Naples with No. 3205. From 1982 to 1984 he worked together with Prof. Arch. Massimo Pica Ciamarra and participated, among other things, in the international competition “Parc de la Villette” in Paris, in the project of the Library of the University of Salerno, and in the project of recovery of Piscinola and Marianella under the plan of reconstruction after the earthquake in Naples. He also participated in the project of restoration and functional recovery of the Castle of Caivano (Naples).From 1984 to 1986 he worked with Prof. Arch. Gaetano Borrelli Royo, participating in the projects of reconstruction of a school and two residential buildings with the two adjoining squares in San Pietro a Patierno. Since 1986 he has carried out professional activities in specific areas of research and study: residence, community facilities, urban microstructures. Mainly engaged in the construction of public works, he participated in several important projects in various sectors (hospital and medical facility construction, school facilities, hotel and tourist facilities, sports facilities) and in the restoration intended as recovery and reuse. In 1993 he founded Tecton Studio Associati S.r.l., an engineering company where he is Technical Director.
